Raja Yoga is an ancient practice that teaches to concentrate our intentions inward through integration of body, mind, and speech. Unlike many other Yoga practices that are more physical, Raja Yoga is based mostly on mental exercises to calm the mind. In Raja Yoga we utilize breathwork and other techniques to guide the senses inward, leading to a deeper state of focus, concentration, inner peace, and happiness.
In this Special Retreat we will look at the various areas of our lives -- personal, professional, financial -- to discover where imbalances lie. From there we will work toward an awareness of how our energy centers can help us address healing and offer insight into creating habits that will allow us to experience life to its full potential.
