What is your vision for this world? It may seem a large question, but if you don’t spend even a few moments acting on bringing this vision forth each day, it can affect that state of being you dwell in, a crucial step in your vibrant state of mind.

Over the weekend, you’ll learn Svaroopa© yoga, a simple and slow yogic practice that helps you easily absorb the poses, go deeper into your mind and body, have a reliable relief from stress in your spine and apply these changes to your life. You’ll learn through these and other yogic practices, how to get to some deeper places of your mental processes so you can have lots of connection and process time to slow down and HEAL naturally with self and others. You’ll learn why fatigue and tightness is not your fault and how to work with your body, not against it; you’ll see how the simple using of props in meditation is a game changer for increased core release, strength and freedom from pain so you live the life you are meant to live.

For over ten years, she was the walk-about Kermit for Jim Henson Productions and worked closely with the creative time on making lives better for children and their parents. She knows from the inside out, how depression and mental fatigue can stop you from living your dreams. She is a gentle guide in having you live your best life. Ajeet knows the meaning of disappointment and hard work too, moving through pain, outside and inside.
She began studying and training vigorously with Yogi Bhajan until his passing in 2002. She studies now with Swami Nirmalananda Saraswati of Svaropa Vidya Ashram. She is a member of the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association, an E-RYT through Yoga Alliance, a Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher-Trainer, and the creator of her own Kids Yoga Program, Dancing Spider Yoga. After healing from a bicycle accident, a diagnosis of IBS and Osteo-Arthritis, it was yoga, specifically Pranayama and Svaroopa© practices, that carried her through the greatest possible healing she has ever known. Her mission now is to share these simple and profound practices with women who are committed to also changing the world for better.
