About the Sessions

Somatic Movement will play with low-to-the-ground, self-directed, non-linear, fluid motion, to encourage connection to internal cues and strengthen the mind-body connection. It’s a way of movement that encourages freedom from preconceived notions and fixed patterns. Somatic movement allows for embodied connection and release of tension.

Breathwork is a somatic practice that combines a specific conscious breath pattern with evocative, rhythmic music to induce a state of relaxation and open awareness.

Book Art & Journaling will guide participants through a creative process of releasing, transforming, and igniting new energy. Combining structured progression with fluid exploration, each 2-hour session will include journaling, bookmaking, nature-inspired art, and mindful walking.

Final Outcome
Each participant will leave with a handmade book infused with personal transformation, holding both the remnants of what they’ve let go of and the energy they are embracing. This book will serve as a talisman of their own resilience, creativity, and renewal.
