This is a unique opportunity to complete a three-week immersion yoga teacher training in a small residential Retreat Center in picturesque northern Maine. Sewall House offers a private, personalized atmosphere.
This teacher training is limited to 6 participants.
One unique thing about the Yoga Alliance training at Sewall House is the various forms of yoga we include to provide a better overall understanding of the scope of yoga and enable the ability of our graduates to teach a variety of forms or to move into specialization.
Each participant will have a private bedroom for rest and study.
The daily sessions are 10 hours long. There are three weeks of sessions to meet the 200-hour Yoga Alliance requirement, plus homework.

Upon completion of the training and exam, the teacher trainer will be able to teach Kundalini Yoga as well as Hatha forms of yoga.
Amrita teaches Kundalini, Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Restorative/Iyengar-influenced styles.
The price of the event is $3000, plus $2100 for (21 nights) room and board. Manuals are $50. Airport transport is available for an additional charge. Special dietary needs — strict vegan and/or gluten-free — are an additional $20/day.
