Paddle Board Yoga with Tina Fish

Come join us as we welcome Tina Fish to teach paddleboard yoga and knitting (yes, knitting!).
Tina Fish is a Rockland, Maine based paddle board yoga teacher and a recent graduate of the Sewall House 200 hour Yoga Alliance training. She enjoys yoga, nature and knitting, which we will explore with her at Sewall House this season.
