Through Kundalini Yoga and meditation we begin to deeply relax and learn about ourselves. With consistency, we discover new gifts and strengths and we often awaken to recognize thoughts and behaviors that do not serve us. Through cultivation of discipline with these and other sacred practices, we can begin to free ourselves from karma of lifetimes. This to empower a new self  to be the exemplary, fear-free people ready to thoughtfully stand against any injustice and be one among many of the leaders the world needs today!

Consistent, conscious alignment with the universal forces behind all that is, along with service to others, can begin to bring miracles from every direction.

In addition to the primary workshop, this immersive kundalini yoga retreat will include:

  • Daily Sadhana – Jot Singh will lead yoga and meditation at 5 am, with Japji Sahib recitation beginning at 4:40 am.
  • Vegetarian Cooking Class on Sunday for an additional ($75) fee.
  • Jewelry – including symbolic, inspirational and self-healing selections (preview here).
  • Intuitive Consultations – Any area of your life where you may feel you are being tested or challenged, Jot Singh
    will reflect upon with you for a best outcome (learn more here). Additional ($200) fee.

Kundalini Yoga provides the most potent yoga and meditation system available today to bring abundance, healing, radiance, grace and the openness to becoming fearless in this life.

In this workshop we’ll employ kriyas, meditations and mantras to help you create brilliance and begin to burn away darkness and fear, enabling deep self-reflection and the beginnings of self-healing. This will help you feel expansive, inspired and empowered to become the best you can be in this life.

I’ll share from my experience around the importance of developing consistency with your Kundalini Yoga and meditation practice, as well as learning to meditate deeply, so you can be successful within every realm of your life! We will also incorporate small group discussion and sharing. There will also be a 1-hour break in the day.

Jot Singh will also be offering a vegetarian cooking class on Sunday (cost $75) as well as intuitive counseling sessions (cost $200). He has more than 50 years as a practitioner of Kundalini Yoga and more.

The Weekend ~ 3 Nights (Friday-Monday)
A full 5 day retreat ~ FRIDAY to WEDNESDAY.



Headshot Jot Singh Khalsa. Jot Singh Khalsa has practiced and taught Kundalini Yoga and meditation since 1972. He is a world-class award-winning artisan and designer whose work has been featured on book covers, magazine covers, in museum exhibitions and in print media published in nine languages. He shares life experiences born of a deep commitment to his personal sadhana (yoga and meditation practice), his Dharma (serving as a Sikh Dharma International minister, Khalsa Council member, and Solstice kitchen manager for over 30 years). His marriage of 42 years, his business and its legacy, and the martial arts are things Jot Singh is immensely grateful for. 

His first book called The Essential Element – Sadhana, goes into great depth on this core teaching of Kundalini Yoga. ‘Signed’ copies are available after class in physical book form, or ebooks are available on Amazon, in the iBook store or from the Khalsa Raj website (both eBooks and physical books).
