When it comes to yoga, and exercise in general, one size does not fit all. A routine that has been optimized for one individual may not work as successfully for another.

That’s not to say you need to find a routine that is highly optimized specifically for you. But keep in mind that everyone has a different body and you should be open to experimenting with different styles and poses until you find what works best for you.

Yoga requires us to try different things, making mistakes along the way, to learn what is optimal for each of us as individuals.
