Mom and daughters..March in Maine!!

One of my students in NY (where I teach when not running retreats in Maine) said last night that I do not write on this blog enough so here is a comment from one of our March guests in Maine and some photos:

In celebration of my mom’s 60th birthday, my sisters and I booked a weekend at Sewall House. It was more perfect than we could have ever imagined. The fantastic yoga coupled with delicious meals, beautiful weather, and rejuvenating massage made for the most relaxing and enjoyable weekend. Donna and Kent are simply lovely and their warm personalities, easy conversation, and inviting home made us all feel truly relaxed and grateful for such a wonderful experience. We wished it could have lasted longer and look forward to returning!

thanks for reading! come see us in Maine..we have fun things this summer, please check our events page– art and meditation, writing and yoga, belly dancing, polarity and more!

Teacher Training # 3 starts Sept 6.. ongoing regular yoga retreats now thru OCT!

It is August and we are still having great moments, including this morning as I bade some guests farewell but had to interrupt to view our first bird in our gift from Priscilla Tate, the beautiful birdfeeder her husband Bruce gifted us (and made!) after having some simply scrumptious crepes with a blueberry coulis from guest chef Ilia- guests oohed and awed about her food and the bird!! We look forward to doing our third (very small) teacher training in SEPT fort 3 weeks and we still have room for one or two to join us!

Chef Ilia’s friend shared this with her and we liked it so much we will share it with you-

“If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at will change”..so have a look! :)
